1/2 cup Grapenuts Cereal
1/2 cup Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt
1 cup ice
1 chopped banana
2 cups juice (orange, pineapple, apple, etc)


Blend. This is a great on the go drink to get you energized in the morning.
