Paula Deen's Diabetic Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy...your choice)
1 cup baking sugar replacement/Splenda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix together well and form into balls (about the size of large walnuts)
Dip fork in Splenda and press tines into cookie (like you nomally do with a peanut butter cookie)
Bake on parchment lined cookie sheet...350 degrees for 12 minutes.
Let cool on sheet on cooling rack and enjoy!!!
