Salt Free Blackening Spice

I use it at least 3 times a week. 

So many uses...
Fish, Chicken, Pork, Flavoring Vegetables. (think veggie tacos) 
Very versatile. 

  • 2 tbsp paprika 
  • 4 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp ancho chile powder (to taste)
  • 8 tsp ground cumin
  • 4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • Mix all ingredients together and store in a cool, dry place. 
  • This mix will stay fresh for three months if sealed well.
